2009 Election Map: Gene Locke

Not a lot of surprises for the African-American candidate pulling down 25-27% of the vote. He got about 65-70% of the A-A vote, which was respectable considering how late Gene was in getting on the air and radio waves. Where he adds to that core of support, however, is a tough call.
