2009 Election Map: Roy Morales

For now, the map. Coming later in the day, I'll have some neighborhood data to add to this. But a quick aside on Roy's performance is that there was definitely a 25-35% slice of the Hispanic precincts that Roy took. That's on par with what I think is available for him in the situations where he runs against non-Hispanic candidates. If I get around to it, I'll try and work in some comparisons to how he did there against Melissa Noriega.
