Bell for State Senate?

I can't say I'd want to dissuade Chris Bell from making this run if the election is held in November (which would put Hochberg out of the picture). What we saw in the Senate last time is that even if a majority isn't within reach on the current map, a few more votes sure would come in handy for staving off the worst excesses among the GOP.
