The Manchurian Fundraiser
Jim Hoagland raises an interesting question ... how much of small donor money is coming from overseas? The examples he offers from known instances are obviously small. But with technology such that it is, I've got to think the fix to eliminate this is easily affordable. Instead of debating what to lower the limit of reporting details on ($200 currently), it may just prove better to say do it for everyone.
