Kindle Possibilities

Back to that Kindle gadget. My initial sense was that I might like it and find it a good fit for me, but that the price point would be a hindrance for now. Two reasons to rethink that:

1. Possible investment opportunities. Seriously, if I'd have recognized this potential, I'd have gotten three or four just to cover the cost of mine.

2. Amazon is also giving 10% cuts to affiliates. So if I sell ten of them here, I can actually afford one without any real additional thought. Just in case you feel inclined to click here. Just sayin' is all.

Otherwise, the annotation feature looks really slick, but I'm still not sure it's gadget enough for me to warrant $400. That said, if someone wants to loan theirs out for a week, I'm willing to negotiate a rental price and/or add a book to their catalog.
