Irregular Football Note

Crazy thought for the day/week:

The Patriots are 10-0 and have only two teams remaining on their schedule with winning records. One of them is the Pittsburgh Steelers, who managed to lose to the Jets on Sunday for their third road loss of the season. They will play the Patriots in Foxborough, Mass. The other winning team is the Giants, who will play host to the Patriots in the final week of the regular season.

Next week, the Philadelphia Eagles (5-5) will step into the line of fire, with an injured starting quarterback, no less. Time for the 1972 Miami Dolphins to get nervous.

Hmm, if Kevin Kolb start taking snaps, my allegiances shift dramatically!
