When You're Too Busy Reading Talking Points ....
So the talking points are making the rounds on the left, it seems. Or am I supposed to believe it's just a big coincidence that so many of the local bloggers are penning their endorsements for Edwards at the same time?
As luck would have it, PDiddie happened upon the recent story on Mikal Watts to be planted written totally independent of any campaign. I couldn't help but marvel at this dazzlingly contorted position of PDid's in particular ...
The only qualification Mikal Watts seems to have in standing for public office is that he has millions of dollars to spend getting himself elected. I just can't see much difference between him and John "Bush's Box Turtle" Cornyn.Pretty hideous if that's our two choices in 2008.
Remind me again how John Edwards got to be a Senator once upon a time?
UPDATE: Speaking of Edwards ... it's good to see he's learned so much from the Kerry campaign. More on that in a separate post today.
UPDATE #2: Nate Wilcox joins in on the blogswarm, but isn't content to aim his ire at Mikal Watts. He takes the added step of sticking a knife in the back of Linda Yanez, candidate or Texas Supreme Court. Jeez, is Kinky Friedman paying you again, Nate?
UPDATE #3: Speaking of contorted positions, this one's a veritable yoga clinic!

So, why did the Comical choose to highlight this comment? Seems pretty pointless and doesn't accomplish much. How much is the Chronicle paying YOU, Greg? LOL
"... pointless and doesn't accomplish much"
You mean like big government space agencies?
YES, just like big government space agencies.........luckily I work for a private contractor =)
Gee, it's good to know that said private contractor doesn't exist solely for the purpose of big government. Seriously, though ... it seems your complaint is with Dwight Silverman, not I. He - like any freeminded blogger or HTML artisan - is free to link to anything I write whether he agrees with me or not.
Remind me again how John Edwards got to be a Senator once upon a time?
Gee, I'm guessing he got elected by the voters of North Carolina.
Dude, sometimes you're just too obtuse for your own good. Oh, and Hillary still sucks.
Such stellar logic there, P-did ... but what qualified him to be Senator? Just looking to see if you can use any consistent logic here. So far, it doesn't look like it.
