YouTube Tuesday: Basset Hound Fight
Some video for a lighter mood. How about a little Basset Hound fighting ring?
It's not quite the same as watching Pit Bulls going at it, but you have to admire the subtle Basset way of resolving disputes as these two titans go all out for almost 4 minutes while ending things amicably. Such is the grace of the Basset Hound.

as the longtime owner of a Basset Hound, i can confidently report these two hounds are playing, not fighting, but I suspect you know that already. Bassets are cool dogs.
There's no greater burden that I carry now than the fact that my schedule won't allow for for another pet Basset Hound. I've had five of them at various points in the past (plus one more that my sister's family had for a while) and there's no greater friend on four paws.
Yes, these two are playing ... but make no mistake about it: there's a certain score to settle.
