This extremism can be defeated. But it will be defeated only by recognising that we have not created it; it cannot be negotiated with; pandering to its sense of grievance will only encourage it; and only by confronting it, the methods and the ideas, will we win.

Refresh my memory -- why are you calling Ron Paul a Loopy Libertarian (you misspelled it) when he is the only Republican candidate who has a clue about the problems with Iraq? He may be loopy on some other issues, but on this one he is the only sane guy in the room.
I'll have to consider the source on that opinion, Dale ;-)
