It's an old clip from 2005, actually. Then, he was running against Peter Brown for Pos. 1. A year later, he'd run for (and win - unchallenged!) for Harris County School Trustee. Now, he wants to be on City Council again. Matt Stiles has more of the background on this. In my haste, I lacked time to add to anything Stiles blogged.
