Q-course, Take Two

Turns out I was charged the proper amount on my initial Q-card bus trip. I'm gradually getting the hang of spotting the amount on my card each time I use it. Apparently, my morning bus driver had to make an adjustment as well ... it's going to take some getting used to for them to realize that people are using the cards. That might be a glitch that's buggier during the beta phase, I realize.

The internet's highest-paid blogger ever (Sully didn't have government benefits, I presume) has a decent Q&A on the Q that covers how to check the card while on the bus. I'm curious how many people fail to use their card on the rail, though. That sounds problematic just as an information-distribution item more than anything else. I'll be shocked if a majority of users realize they have to tap their card before using the train. I'd hate to run into one of the rail cops with their magic wands only to learn a $200 lesson the hard way.
