ABC News: Scalia Rejects Texas GOP Appeal on DeLay

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia on Monday rejected a request by Texas Republicans to block an appeals court ruling that says former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay's name must appear on the November ballot.

Ouch! That's gotta sting for the intellectually-challenged community that was so convinced that finding judges who could ignore the US Constitution was just 'oh so easy.' Six judges and counting (Scalia among them) ... no luck yet. I can't wait to see which way the winds blow for so-called conservative bloggers now.
