Assuming there's any chance the process will hold up as valid (we should find out Monday or Tuesday), consider Robert Talton as having one vote in the bank for being the Republican nominee in CD22. That's gotta make the Republican folks out in Fort Bend County feel great, knowing that they only get one fourth of the vote in this matter.
