Marc's Miscellany apparently liveblogged the whole day pretty well, so start with his stuff. His reaction seems to be summed up as "Good. Not great, but good."

Vince, as usual, has as decent a recap of the night as is possible. I'm starting to think he could handle the introductions for the candidates on stage today ... from Blogger Alley.

EOWC has the roster of candidates & blogger types who made it out. If you multiply that list by about 10, it seems like it might start reflecting the actual attendance at the event. Apparently bloggers have groupies. Who knew? And as tough as it is to top having Pete Laney make a swing-through, I'm going to rank meeting all the Trinity High fellow alumni as the pinnacle of the evening. In a very small microcosm, it seems, I felt like those folks wearing burnt orange everywhere - we had a football championship to brag about!

Trying to see if Kuff & I can get our tired rear ends in gear to make the big breakfast fundraiser. It's not that I need breakfast that badly, it's that Stephanie Herseth is the keynote speaker. Could there be a hotter congresswoman?
