No matter how short a list I predict you'll come up with, I'd have a hard time thinking you could beat the land-speed record for flip flops on Dewhurst's part with his latest. Apparently someone seems to have told the Lt. Guv that when politicians make comments on how they'd "rather see a tax that's based upon income" ... they don't last long in this state.
