Handing Off Vittatoe

I hereby officially hand off Trevor Vittatoe (Trinity HS '06) to Stace at Dos Centavos since Trev is headed to his old college. Stace does remind me that scheduling exists with Sam Houston up the road, though I'm hoping they work Trev into a starting role in another year or two. The first whiff of Trevor starting or getting significant playing time, I'm unearthing my Trinity High hockey t-shirt* and busting a move up to wherevertheheckitis that Sam Houston plays football. All I remember is that when you see the big, freaky statue of Sam Houston along I-45, slam on the brakes and turn.

Stace also notes that Texas State's outgoing QB (and UH Cougar transfer) Barrick Nealy is blogging. How freakin' cool is that? I'll now have to tape the Hula Bowl this weekend, where he's blogging from.

* - it's the only wearable remnant I have of my alma mater. We didn't have a hockey team back in my day, but they do now and I find that entirely way beyond cool.
