Happy Belated Braille Birthday
Chron.com | Blind man hit by Metro train
OK, so I wouldn't have known that yesterday was Louis Braille's birthday if it wasn't for the folks at Google. So what better way to celebrate than to see that METRO went and ran over a blind guy with the light rail.
Lets hope METRO has something more polite in store for the Martin Luther King parade downtown on the 16th.

You are being too unkind to Metro. They too were recognizing Braille's birthday, by putting the rail schedule in Braille on the side of each car, and on the front. The blind victim was simply trying to read the schedule ... don't blame Metro for his clumsiness.
