As disappointing as it may be that the statewide slate didn't get much consideration from the A-list, we run with the candidates we have, not the candidates we wish we had. Same goes for the countywide slate. But we should be in pretty fair shape to make some modest gains at the State Rep level (more if lightning strikes) if nothing else.

Don't be disappointed: this is a big improvement. Back in 1998-2000, when I was running the Internet Voters Guide, the ballot almost had more Republican-Libertarian races than Republican-Democrat races. You can't hit a home run if you don't swing the bat!
