The Startle-Gram cuts to the chase on where Talmadge Heflin will be spotted next year. For the record, it's an "either/or" choice according to the Lottery Commission Chair:

Clowe said Heflin would have to abandon any thoughts of running for his old House seat if he accepts the lottery post.

December 15 looks to be the decision date for everything.
