Championship Saturday

Texas-Colorado ... over at halftime *yawn*
USC-UCLA ... Game about to start, but I'll have to miss this one in favor of church and a few errands on the way to. I hate the fact that I've caught all of one half of USC football this season.
Tulsa-UCF ... 44-27, Tulsa wins and is the C-USA Champ. Sad as it is to say, that just proves what a substandard football conference this is - even with quality coaches at more than a few of the schools (including UCF).
UH-Arizona (basketball) ... not enough time in the day, but fingers are crossed for an upset by the Coogs.

But the big game of the day:
Trinity-A&M Consolidated ... 21-3 Trinity at the end of the 3rd quarter. Looks like the other quarterfinal game started a little after this (or the score is coming in slower than I'm getting the online feed of Trinity's game), but Judson is up 3-0 in that one. The dream matchup has some promise.

UPDATE: Trinity wins it 28-6 ... we're heading to State next week for the second time in school history. This will be the most nerve-racking week I've had to endure in a while.
