Breaking Down for Rita

Watching the TV news copter footage ... there's a sizable number of cars along the highways out of town that have broken down, run out of gas, or whatever. They're just along the side of the freeway, although I suspect there's a few that have clogged up traffic.

Still, though ... thinking of what happens to those folks when the clock strikes midnight tomorrow ... not pretty.
