Primary Problems

Reading this John Avlon column on NYC Democrat's "Primary Problem," I'm reminded of these earlier reads on Massachusetts Democrat's own problems in electing a Governor in what we presume to be one of the most liberal states of the union. The lesson seems unmistakably similar:

Liberalism is rarely as liberal as some liberals seem to think it is.

We'll call that Moynihan's Law.
