I did. A bit over the top in terms of criticism. I mean, if I'm wanting to take shots at who didn't show up in 2002 to whack Mike Brown over the head, then where were any progressive organizations at this hearing? And as much as the writer makes of the unimpressive amount of time devoted to questioning someone in their confirmation hearing to become Deputy Director, there were pre-hearing questions that Brown had to submit as part of the process.
More troubling is whether page 22 of the transcript, the part with Brown's resume has any material that represents perjury. He lists himself as being Assistant City Manager in charge of Police, Fire, & Emergency Services in Edmond. That may just be an issue of him having a fancy title, dunno.
