Watching Ch. 13 news and we have the following conflict:

- there's not enough volunteers to process incoming Katrina refugees. In fact, there is a "dire need" for volunteers. That's coming from a Red Cross spokesperson (Price Hall).

- volunteers who were showing up earlier at the gate of the Dome to volunteer are being turned away, in some cases being told that no more volunteers are needed. Hall also indicating that this situation has been resolved as of this writing.

Still ... what in the holy hell? This is basic left hand/right hand stuff here.
