I'll have to thank Carl Whitmarsh for tipping me off on this today, otherwise, I've got to chalk up a hectic schedule to not having a lot more to post about:
Poll: Casey leads Santorum by 14 points
April 13-18 (February)
Casey - 49 (46)
Santorum - 35 (41)
Undecided - 13
Of course, there's also the flipside of polls ... in this case, the Keystone Poll:
Senate contest puts foes neck-and-neck
February 23 - March 20
Casey - 44
Santorum - 43
Though I think there's some fault in a poll conducted over a month with a sample size of less than 500, I also have to suspend a little belief to see Casey up by 14. I think the larger message is still the obvious one ... this'll be a dogfight. Go Casey!
Ha, ha.. didn't see that second poll. pick up the phone book and talk to 5 people in Pennsylvania a night. "Uncle Jack who are you voting for. You sure you really want Casey in the Senate? He hates America, ok I'll put you down as Santorum."
