State Reps w/ Blogs

Well, courtesy of BOR, I see that Texas State Rep Aaron Pena has a blog. Now if someone can clue him in on what a real blog is and does. I mean, yeah, I think Flash graphics are cool and all ... but we're well beyond overkill here.

On a more traditional note, I'm a wee bit proud to recommend New Hampshire's own blogging State Rep. Peter Sullivan. First off, this Sully is a bit of a moderate type Dem. Second, he works in a Quiet Riot reference into the title of his latest post. I defy ANY elected official to top that!

The day Joe Lieberman starts blogging with Whitesnake references, this contest is so over!

Flash graphics?!? Damn, you Texans and you big money!

Keep in mind that the NH only this month began providing a homepage for House members, and we are payed a grand total of $100 per year (yes, you read that right). Cool-kid web applications are going to have to take a backseat to, oh, putting gas in the car!

Is this where I go to request some Slaughter or Poison?

so greg, did you see the link at my blog or did you know Peter already?

Shows how attentive I am, Daniel ... I actually noticed the link on EduWonk and later got an email from him.

Woo hoo! That's my hubby. Love you, Peter!! XXXXXXX But you can forget not putting gas in the car!!!

Jeez, get a room you two.

I mean it ... seriously ... we need a few more Dems.

Can't help with Slaughter, but my best friend owns a nightclub that has had Bret Michaels (ex-Poison singer) and Warrant in for shows recently.

My favorite moment was earing that someone had to pick up Warrant at their hotel, which turned out to be the Super 8 Motel at the airport.

Spinal Tap can't match real life sometimes...

They cut me off yesterday...Peter, feel free to link to me...
