I'm tired of losing, and tired of relgating the abortion issue to the padded room, where angry folks can duke it out to no positive conclusion.
I'm a pro-life Democrat who will never allow this issue to drag me into the GOP, but I'd love the Democrats to be the party that modeled a reasoned discussion within the party that the rest of the nation could use and appreciate. It is simply not true that this cannot be done. It could be the frame that begins our rebirth.
