Happy Birthday to Congressman Chris Bell. I guess that's superfilous since the DLC's Marshall Wittman has awarded Chris the Silver Antlers Award for Independence. Something to aspire to, I suppose.

But yes, based on Bell's stunning 33% of the vote in the primary - I'd say silver would be more appropriate. =)
