Kerry Says He's Not Ruling Out Another Run
WASHINGTON - Sen. John Kerry, who has $45 million left from his record-breaking Democratic campaign, hinted on Tuesday that he may try again for the presidency.
I demand to be a moderator at the first debate so I can ask the obvious question: Why in the holy hell do you have $45 mill when you lost Ohio by 136,000 votes and knew it would be a close outcome?

I would hope that at the least that this was money raised during the primary that was not available for the general election. It could of course been well spent by transferring to other candidates.
