Harris County numbers are out ...

Election junkies, there goes your our weekend. Harris County has released it's canvas report. One quick obersvation after a random check that is in no way scientific ... a few of the heavy GOP precincts I noticed had the usual 50% straight party vote as part of that total. Meaning, if 100 people vote, 50 of them do so via straight party, irregardless of what party they voted for. But in a few heavily Dem precincts I checked, that number was up to about 65-70% of the vote being cast by straight party.

What does that mean? Dunno, I'll wait and see what more scientific analysis yields. Feel free to peer review the hypothesis, however.
