Texas Tuesdays: Stephen Frost
This week's spotlight is on Northeast Texas' 1st State Representative race. Stephen Frost is the Democratic Nominee with incumbent Democrat Barry Telford retiring. The district seemingly has a slight GOP tilt according to the 2002 election returns. Considering how bad a year 2002 was for Democrats, this district is effectively an even race from the get-go.
