Ever wonder how Texas Republicans were going to trim fat and waste from the budget? Well, if Rick Perry's example is anything close to the truth, its done by moving that fat and waste to another department and claiming credit for cutting spending. Brilliant.

On the surface, one might be inclined to think "Oh great, kids are spared from being cut off from critical health insurance." Nevermind that the reason the kids are in danger of this is due to the 1000+% tax hike imposed on their parents for maintaining said health insurance.
