How Not to Plan for a Postwar

Phil Carter does a rather thorough dissection of Tommy Franks' new book: An American Soldier. Correction ... make that "brutal" instead of thorough. Well heck, might as well make it both. Carter focuses on the postwar planning and the lack of both the administration and Franks to really address the issues that even Franks suggests there were no good options for. Its a rather concise litany of where I'd say this administration has gone wrong on Iraq. Hopefully, Team Kerry is reading that same post.
