Texas graduation rate worst in nation, again

But thank goodness we at least hold schools accountable, right?

For crissakes, when we look UP to West Virginia, Alabama and Louisiana in anything involving education, there's something hideously wrong.

No, I didn't think so.

It IS a problem, and it's one that isn't really understood by simple comparisons of graduation rates with states that don't have the problem.
