Bell & DeLay (& Culberson) - Take Two

I cannot believe my ears. If ANYONE needs any more proof that John Culberson lives and breathes from the fumes of Tom DeLay's jock, the Chris Bell interview on KPFT is proof positive.

a) I find it hilarious that Culberson is the one doing the calling in. Shocked? No.

b) Culberson takes Bell to task for not filing his charges earlier, claiming that if Bell's motives were so pure and noble, that he'd have filed them a year ago. Nevermind that Bell was in the midst of running for re-election for much of the time. Nevermind that Culberson refuses to discuss the merits of the charge, too.

John Culberson on DeLay: "He is an honest, ethical, godly person."

I literally cannot stop laughing. KPFT apparently archives on their site, so the MP3 will be linked as soon as I see it. This is rich.

UPDATE: One MP3 to be listened to here .... any probs with the player, check this page, download the 1pm show and run it however works best for ya.

Comments

The Culberson v Bell call begins around minute 29 and the godly comment is around minute 41 (if you can download).

Is the call from the woman that just doesn't care about campaign finance reform a Culberson staffer?
